I appreciate you pointing out that since the majority of malpractice claims are accepted on a contingency fee basis, the attorney may devote a large amount of time to a case with no assurance that he or she will be compensated for that time. My sister claims that a doctor prescribed her the incorrect medication. I'll advise her to hire a medical malpractice attorney to defend her.
